Applications Open for 2025-26 Academic Year
We’ve opened the applications portal for the 2025-26 academic year. Please note that funding levels cannot be guaranteed until the Department for Education announces the music hub funding settlement. Your applications will be held for approval until we can confirm final funding amounts.
New for 2025-26: One-stop-shop Approach
We’ve simplified the process! The application form is now part of our online portal, replacing the previous Google Form. Through this single portal, you can apply for:
- First Access programs
- Whole class instrument sets
- Instrumental/vocal subsidies for:
- Free School Meals/Pupil Premium students
- SEND students
- Looked After Children (LAC)
How to Register
If you haven’t registered for the portal yet:
- Email us from your school email address with your name and preferred email address
- We’ll set you up as a requester in the Glide App
- You’ll receive a sign-in link for the email address you provided
- After signing in, you’ll receive a verification code
- Enter the code to complete registration and access the system
